heres a story from one of my wholesale customers.... that has her very irritated...
.she rents about 4 booths in a big mall....they have upped the rates this year, even tho sales are slow..... the work crew isnt friendly at all and mostly huddles at the counter....her theft last year was about 3000$...she sells some cloth tablecloths and quilts....which the customers mess up.... the mall never helps out there...but they have a wattage allowance and go in and turn off her bulbs.....she was told that she was the highest seller in the mall....thus a good draw for the mall i would think..shes dropping booths and maybe even leaving.....
..so in these tough times the mall raised the rates...and tons of their renters are leaving....
im thinking the opposite...its tough times and i better keep my prices as reasonable as possible....
