CASH.....if you take cash dont put it in the drawer until you have given them their change...... if someone gives me a 20$ i touch it and pull it back towards me...but leave it insight....on the counter...and then get their change....and saying thats 15 out of 20....
DONT PROMISE ANYTHING...keep your promises as low as possible.... dont say i will call if we ever get that...unless you really have a system to make you call in the future...maybe the far future....THEY REMEMBER EVERYTHING...

SPEAK AND MAKE EYE CONTACT......besides all the other good reasons its supposed to cut down on theft...
